All Neon Light Org. products carry a one year warranty from day one of purchase. The customers need to send our customer service team photos of the issue together with a brief description, and will need to ship back the sign to our factory if required. The customer will shoulder one-way shipping costs back to our factory. The sign needs to be shipped with its original packaging; otherwise, the warranty will be null and void. Warranty does not cover issues or damages caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, accident, or incorrect maintenance. In case of unauthorized returns will be shipped back to the customer. The time frame for repair and shipping back the sign to the customer may take 8-10 business days.

Neon flex signs are LED lights that exudes high impact, with very durable acrylic backing. Although we actively invest in multi-layered packaging, the possibility of receiving a broken LED neon sign is less than 1%. Inspect your product immediately upon receipt. Please be mindful of notifying within 24 hours in case of a faulty product at sales@neon-light.org, as this is essential in filing insurance claims and aids in getting you the replacement LED sign as well.
The customer will bear freight costs in case shipping is refused. Photos will serve as documentation for the issue and will help us assess the amount of damage. UPS/FedEx will generally issue a damage call tag for the pick-up and return of the product during the replacement process. The damaged product will be picked up and inspected by UPS within 72 hours and returned to our factory. Please expect 8-10 business days for the repaired sign to ship back to you.

It is the customer's responsibility to assure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country when ordering from the Neon Light Org. The importer of record is the recipient and must abide by all laws and regulations of the destination country. Address correction fees may be applicable as charged by UPS/FedEx. In such instance, your card will be rebilled for the fee, and we'll send you a receipt for the transaction.
